Yes, absolutely. Life happens. If you need to make a change, just head back to the RSVP form and update it.
Saronsberg is about a 90-minute drive from Cape Town International Airport. The easiest option is to rent a car, it’s more affordable and gives you flexibility for the weekend. Uber is possible, but not the most cost-effective.
For those staying at Saronsberg, you won’t need to go far; everything is right there. For everyone else, please arrange your own transport to and from the venue, but if you’re staying with other guests nearby, feel free to carpool or look into hiring a local transfer service together.
We’ll share the full wedding schedule closer to the time, so keep an eye on the timeline. That said, please plan to arrive early enough to park, settle in, and grab a welcome drink before the ceremony begins.
If you’re staying at Saronsberg, we’ll be in touch with you directly; you’ll receive details after we’ve collected all RSVPs. If you haven’t heard from us, you’ll need to book nearby. There are plenty of great options in Tulbagh, all within 10 to 20 minutes of the venue. Check out the Accommodation page for our recommendations.
A bit of both. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

This will be an adults-only celebration. However, if you’re in a position where childcare is difficult or complicated, please reach out and chat to us. We’ll do our best to help you find a plan that works.
Our guest list is limited to those specifically invited. We truly appreciate your understanding.
We’ll be covering a selection of drinks for the evening. For anything else, there will be card facilities available at the bar.
